Jai Kishaan started with a simple frustration: it had become hard to find mustard oil that actually tasted like mustard oil. Most bottles on the shelf are refined, blended, or diluted for a longer shelf life — at the cost of the sharp aroma and pungency that Indian cooking depends on.
So we went back to the traditional Kachi Ghani method — a slow, single cold-press extraction that keeps the oil's natural colour, aroma and nutrients intact. Every batch is sourced from mustard farms, pressed without heat, and bottled without shortcuts.
